Saab gets new Director of Human Resources
Mikael Grodzinsky is the new Director of Human Resources for Saab from the 1st November. He succeeds Mats Lindman, who will be engaged in other Saab assignments before he retires. Mikael comes from Saab Underwater Systems in Motala, where he has been MD and Business Manager for six years.
Mikael Grodzinsky has a long experience within the group. Since 1985, he has held various management positions within the company and worked on production, development, purchasing and marketing issues. At the end of the 1990s he was responsible for the civil aircraft production in Linköping. He has even been the Production Manager for the Gripen. Lars Tossman, who is currently Marketing Manager of Saab Bofors Dynamics, will be the new MD and Business Manager for Saab Underwater Systems in Motala. Lars has also worked within Saab for a long time and has held several management positions, concentrating on financial and marketing issues.
