First Nations Scholarship

The purpose of the First Nations Scholarship is to support and encourage student's continuation and success with their university studies in the following fields:
- Software Engineering/Computer Science
- Computer Systems/Networking/IT
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Physics/Mathematics/Science
- Cyber Security
- Business/Commerce
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Law
- Or a related technical or business discipline.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the First Nations Scholarship, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Currently studying your second year of a Bachelor's Degree in any of the disciplines noted above
- Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the time of application and subsequent years.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 4.0 throughout the scholarship program.
- Hold Australian Citizenship to meet Defence industry security requirements.
- Identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- Scholarship recipients receive financial assistance, a Saab mentor and a potential fast track into our Internship and Graduate Program.
