Having spent over a decade and a half in the Australian Army, Adam is now an Associate Project Manager at Saab Australia, leveraging his experience in leadership and resource planning roles to manage projects in the Naval Combat Systems division. He credits the culture of support and comradery within Saab in helping him make the transition to civilian life easier.
