Training Manager

We are rapidly growing our global business and we are currently seeking skilled and motivated training managers for our Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Training team. As our new training manager, you will manage the design, development, delivery and coordination of training for both customers and SAAB employees.
 

Your role

The ILS Training team at SAAB NCS is responsible for analyzing training requirements, creating training plans and organizing training events internally for employees and externally with Sub suppliers and our customers in the Naval defense industry.

Main focus is planning and organizing training tasks in conjunction with our ILS Managers, communicating with internal and external stakeholders as well as developing our own training capabilities.
 

Tasks

  • Manage the contract specific requirements of the delivery of training programs
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
  • Offering subject matter expertise on all training-related aspects
  • Engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders to establish learning objectives and understand technical data
  • Provide guidance to the training team and contribute to the overall training area.
     

Your profile

As a driven and strategic person, you excel in project coordination and management within a training environment. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and external partners.

You have the ability to grasp technical information, revise and explain it in an easy way. You have an eye for details, and a sense of what needs to be done in order to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.

We work in an international context and you should have an openness for traveling to other countries to attend workshops and/or other customer related meetings. It is desired but not necessary that you have previous experience of technical training, military service or Integrated Logistical Support in general.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
