We are looking for a creative and communicative Security Manager with drive and business focus eager to develop in a service minded international and dynamic environment.
Your role
We are now hiring a Country Security Manager that thrives on working in a dynamic environment with the capacity to handle the unexpected on a daily basis. You will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of the everyday business alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact.
In your role, you will be responsible for supporting, analysing, and setting the requirements regarding compliance against internal- and external regulations. The scope varies throughout the entire spectrum of security disciplines i.e. physical-, information- personnel- and in some cases IT-security. You will be a part of an expanding international support team ensuring our customers optimal life cycle availability on Saab special mission aircraft products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Security in all aspects of information-, personnel- and physical security
- Risk management, including risk assessments
- Incident- and crisis management, including incident investigations
- Compliance management
- Teaching, training and presentations
- Responsibility for other countries in the region, including high-risk, in the region may be part of the role
You will be part of the in-country management team, prepared to take on various roles as needed to support our collective success and ensure smooth operations within the team. Your work will vary in complexity and scope, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach. You will be stationed in Saudi Arabia as an Expatriate for 2 years with possible extension.
Your profile

You communicate well and combine your strategic thinking with operational actions. You have a business mind-set and leadership ability with drive and clear focus on upcoming deliveries. Additionally, you understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment and you are well organized, with the ability to make decisions, find flexible solutions and creating engagement.
To qualify for the role, you have a university degree in security risk management and/or similar work-life experience from e.g. government authorities. You have several years of experience of working with protective security. You are also fluent in writing and speaking both Swedish and English.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
