Office Administrator - UAE National

Your Role

As part of our administrative team, you will be the backbone of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining efficient filing systems. You'll manage office supplies, coordinate external events, and oversee the organization of our conference rooms. You’ll also support various administrative tasks such as document number management, courier services, and more.
 

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, well-organized, and can communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have:

  • UAE National status.

  • A high school diploma or Admin degree.

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
