Your role
As responsible for Supplier Quality Management within Business Area Surveillance you are leading and developing a team of Supplier Quality Managers (SQM) based in Huskvarna, Gothenburg and Järfälla. The responsibility also includes supporting Arboga and our international sites.
Your team is supporting procurement from a quality perspective during supplier evaluations, supplier qualifications, manufacturing process quality assurance, supplier improvement activities and compliance. This can include different type of audits, process quality assurance, non-conformances, supplier corrective actions, support supplier FAI/FAAT/FAT, claims handling and driving supplier development initiatives both for new and existing suppliers, new and existing products. Ensure cross-functional work between SQM, engineering, production, customer projects and procurement teams to achieve these results.
Your profile
You have manager/leader experiences and experiences related to Supplier Quality Management/Engineering as well as knowledge of relevant quality standards.
You have relevant education regarding Quality Management Tools and a University Degree in e.g. Engineering, Industrial Management or other relevant areas of competence and knowledge. You are fluent in English and Swedish.
The role can be based in GBG, JFA or HKA and includes travelling to Saab sites as well as suppliers.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
