Your role
The role is a unique opportunity to form a new department with responsibility within Integrated Logistics Support. This area is a crucial for our customer deliveries, training and system availability after delivery. This department includes four sections: ILS Sub project management, Training, Technical publications and Logistics Engineering.
The task for this new department is to build competence within the whole ILS-area and develop our ways-of-working. We are on a journey and you will be the driver to make it happen. The aim is to deliver to all projects – some phases will be more intense than others. All wins we can find to make us more efficient are welcome!
As the Head of ILS you will be a part of 9LV Design Management Team. You will work closely with the head of 9LV Hardware. Other important interfaces are the Products organization, Systems and SW.
Naval Combat Systems has grown a lot within all areas during the last years and we will continue to grow in sales. You need to find a strategic way forward and execute together with your managers and employees!

Required skills:
- MSc or experience that could count as equivalent
- Experience in project management and/or people manager
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of low volume production
- Awareness of the defence industry use of ILS
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
