About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DHC Support Maintenance Planner to join our team, reporting directly to the DHC Support Maintenance Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating rolling 12-month maintenance schedules to meet operational demand, drive productivity, and optimise resource utilisation.
You’ll play a key role in delivering effective maintenance strategies while balancing capacity and resource constraints—contributing to critical operational goals across the business.
This position also offers Flexible working options and a 9 Day Fortnight.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage rolling maintenance plans in collaboration with project teams and customers.
- Coordinate and schedule equipment maintenance to optimise labour, materials, and equipment resources.
- Support business process improvements and planning frameworks.
- Liaise with stakeholders at various organisational levels to align maintenance activities with production plans.
- Maintain and communicate status of work in progress and ensure accuracy of work orders, material kits, and stocktakes.
- Catalogue new materials and update material master data as required.
- Generate purchase orders and requisitions.
- Review maintenance strategies with customers and the DHC Support Maintenance Manager.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, processes, and regulatory obligations.
About you
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in the fields of Systems Engineering (i.e. Requirements Management, System Architecture, Systems Integration, and/or Verification and Validation)
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of system integration and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using systems engineering software tools and simulation environments (e.g. DOORS, Cameo Systems Modeller).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field etc.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system integration issues.
- Experience in developing and executing verification and validation plans.
- A commitment to safety and compliance in all engineering tasks.

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline clearance.
