Fighter Systems
Saab is an innovative supplier of world-class fighter systems, such as Gripen, but is also engaged in research, development and production of other aircraft systems. That includes future manned and unmanned systems as well as further development of existing products. Collaborations with other world-leading entities, both large and small, is a success factor. The new Advanced Pilot Training system T-7 is one of them, which has been designed and developed together with Boeing.
Advanced weapons systems
We offer a market-leading product portfolio comprising ground combat weapons, missile systems and torpedoes for armed forces.
Command and control systems
Our command and control products, based on 9LV technology, enable superior situational awareness and support critical decision making. The offer ranges from fire control to complete combat systems including integrated sensors and effectors, as well as civil traffic management in all domains.
Sensors
Our sensor solutions support safety and security by providing surveillance, decision support and threat detection, localisation, and protection. We are world-leading in microwave- and antenna technology and solutions range from airborne early warning and control to surface radar and electronic warfare.
Underwater systems
Defending the underwater environment is a complex challenge. Saab develops sophisticated underwater weapon systems, sensor systems and sub-surface equipment to help our customers enhance their defence capabilities.
