GLSDB - precision, range, jamming
While being far away from the front line brings greater security for troops, the risk of enemy detection and interference increase when using long-distance range missiles. Modern weapon systems like the Ground Launched Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB) – a precision bomb that can hit targets at a distance of up to 150 km accurate to just one metre – are therefore highly engineered. A GLSDB is equipped with seven satellite channels for navigation purposes, alongside inertial navigation and an anti-jamming system. Coupled with security protocols, they ensure the highest continuity of operations, even in GPS-denied areas.
