The Hungarian and the Czech Air Forces will send Gripen fighters to participate in this year's NATO Tiger Meet which is to be held in May.
During the multi-national exercise, the Gripen fighters will be a part of several tasks including rescue operations, Combat Air Support missions, aerial refueling etc. These missions are carefully planned months in advance.
More than 3000 military personnel and 100 fighters (which usually have tigers or other big cats on their tails) have been scheduled to participate in the exercise.
NATO Tiger Meet will be held at at Beja, Portugal between 10th and 22nd May 2020.
