OneView Software Integrator Program
The OneView Software Integrator Program (OSI) program authorises certified organisations to procure, on-sell, install, integrate, support and maintain OneView directly to their customers.
Saab Australia has launched our OneView Software Integrator (OSI) Program, to support the rollout of OneView to new and current customers. The program provides facility owners and managers with freedom of choice of security integrators when tendering for electronic security implementation, upgrade and maintenance contracts.
OneView, a product of Saab, is a Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) security solution that extensively improves the ability for control room staff to respond to security related events and emergencies. Through accurate situational awareness, communication and response management, which is easily configured to various environments, it proves to be the ultimate security solution for keeping our people and society safe.
The OSI program authorises certified security integrators to procure, on-sell, install, integrate, support and maintain OneView directly to their client base. Organisations looking to install Saab’s industry leading OneView product or require support for its existing OneView installation, can reach out either to Saab directly or to one of the following organisations. These organisations are either certified OSI members or in the process of becoming certified.

To ensure OneView consumers are provided with the highest quality service and support, OSI employees must successfully undertake OneView technician and engineer training & strictly adhere to their obligations in the OSI Agreement. The training provides the necessary skills and expertise to deploy OneView solutions and to fault find and administer OneView system under maintenance operations. They are also required to complete a mandatory recertification process on an annual basis, ensuring their technicians maintain and advance their knowledge on the product.
