Saab delivers air traffic solutions to air navigation service providers, airports, and airlines at over 100 locations in more than 45 countries.
In India, present at 11 airports nationwide, Saab’s Advanced Surface Movement Guidance & Control System (A-SMGCS) enhances situational awareness and runway safety at major airports, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Guwahati, Jaipur, Lucknow, Cochin, and Bhubaneshwar, on a daily basis. Besides the A-SMGCS software, these airports also deploy a combination of other systems, such as SR-3 and Multilateration (MLAT) solutions from Saab’s portfolio.
