Senior ILS Analyst - Technical Data and Publications

The role

As part of our Land & Aerospace group, the Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst will be responsible for the development of logistics analysis activities in support of system design and for creating a range of technical documentation and illustrations.

Further, the successful candidate will:

  • Liaise with internal customers to ensure that logistics products are being delivered
  • Collate all source data and manage ILS technical data to ensure Product Baselines are maintained
  • Develop data for the development and production of ILS Technical Data including Technical Publications
  • Author Technical Publications in accordance with Defence Standards
  • Develop codification data packs for Items of Supply and deliver to the relevant NCB
  • Facilitate the transition of ILS deliverables into service

Flexible work arrangements such 9 day fortnight will be considered for this role.

About you

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Extensive defence industry experience in a project based team or engineering management environment
  • Experience as an Integrated Logistics Support Officer in a complex production, maintenance, engineering or project environment
  • Proven ability in the effective development and production of technical publications and instructions
  • Proven ability in the effective development and production of technical illustrations and Repair Parts Schemes
  • Proven ability in effective internal customer liaison
  • Demonstrated experience in complex task management

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants will be required to hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level or have the ability to gain one.
