Controlling the UV reflection enables the system to blend in with the surrounding environment.
Pigments used in the pattern are carefully chosen and adapted to match the near‑infrared reflection of vegetation, rocks and soil in the intended environment. The near‑infrared capabilities significantly reduce the risk of being detected by sensors such as night vision devices.
The thermal infrared properties are adapted to obstruct thermal reconnaissance and reduce the risk of detection in all climatic conditions. The thermal properties provide protection against thermal imagers and other related threats, such as heat‑seeking missiles.
Superior radar properties provide protection against radar reconnaissance and homing missiles in the range of 1–100 GHz. The radar characteristics can be customised depending on operational environment and customer‑defined threats.
Pattern and colours are designed to imitate the colour scheme of each intended environment and can be tailored according to customer requirements. A randomised pattern avoids symmetrical shapes, improving the visual camouflage performance.
