The SAFE platform replaces multiple legacy systems with one single easy-to-use solution. With its multi-role capability and intuitive workflow-driven user interface, SAFE will be employed extensively across both forces for multi-channel public contact (999 and 101 calls, email and webchat), incident management, radio communications and resource assignments.

Now the Warwickshire and West Mercia forces can easily transition from Airwave (TETRA) to the new Emergency Services Network (ESN) taking advantage of the increased bandwidth with SAFE’s mobile app.

SAFE is a modular platform with a unified, intuitive and workflow-based user interface, which is highly configurable for fixed, web and mobile clients.
The remaining UK Police forces in the framework contract (Cumbria Constabulary, Derbyshire Constabulary, Dyfed Powys Police, Greater Manchester Police, Gwent Police, Hampshire Constabulary, Lancashire Police, Merseyside Police, Metropolitan Police, Northamptonshire Police, North Wales Police, Nottinghamshire Police, Police Scotland, Thames Valley Police) will no doubt be looking on with interest.
